|Recommended: YesI recently moved into Blossom and I love everything about it Sharon helped us find the perfect apartment. She was so patient and helpful, and is a joy to talk to. The walls are thick so I can’t hear anything like our neighbors talking, and our apartment stays cool without having to run the ac all day. The complex is beautiful and it's extremely convenient being so close to so many great locations in Chinatown, the park, and the Metro station. All of the security and maintenance workers and other staff who I've met are wonderful and brighten my day. I feel like my back is covered here. All of the amenities are great and thoughtful. Every time my husband points out a different apartment complex we could have lived in, I'm grateful we went with Blossom because I don't think they could beat it. I also appreciate that Blossom holds little community events. I haven't been to one yet but look forward to going to one soon.

We have now transitioned to a 2-bedroom since having our baby and we could't be more grateful to Sharon who helped us snag the best 2-bedroom unit at our desired budget. |Recommended: YesI wanted to share that Blossom Plaza is an excellent place to live. The customer service is top-notch, especially when it comes to handling maintenance requests or addressing any concerns.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Sharon, who was a pleasure to work with during our move-in process. She is very transparent and truly works with your budget and needs.
Another highlight is the convenience of the Resident Portal, which can be downloaded on the Apple App Store or Google Play. The portal makes it easy to pay rent and reserve items like the freight elevator. This was extremely helpful during move-in, as well as a bell cart, which was a clutch necessity for us.
The staff has made us feel at home and like family since day one, and we look forward to future interactions with them. You can tell they genuinely enjoy working together, and that positive energy reflects in the level of service they provide to residents.

|Recommended: NoIt was going great at first as I was living in a studio here up until I felt that one of the security and or maybe even Stephen went into my
studio apartment. Stole a book Missing a golden necklace I already cut the losses but talk about walking into my studio without any notice. Just horrified by the experience.
