We love your furry companions and welcome up to two per apartment home. There is a pet fee of $500 per animal and $60 per month per pet rent. While we are huge fans of individuality (and the exotic), we have to ask that exotic pals, such as skunks and ferrets, find happy homes with a friend or family member. Please note that we reserve the right to disallow certain aggressive breeds of dogs and aquariums as per our pet addendum. Please contact our leasing office for further information.

Blossom Plaza offers unassigned parking spaces starting at $135.47 per month and reserved tandem parking for $175 per month.

Prioritizing our residents' needs, we proudly offer an on-site maintenance team at Blossom Plaza. To submit a maintenance request, simply log onto your Resident Portal and our team will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow our team 48 hours to respond to your request.
To submit an after-hours service request, you can use the Resident Portal or contact Milly, our virtual assistant, for assistance. In case of emergencies, call the main phone number and press 2 for maintenance emergencies. Describe the emergency to Milly, who can then escalate it to our on-call service associate.
Packages are delivered to the Amazon package lockers and any oversized packages will be held at the Front Desk or the delivery service may drop off at the door.
We provide recycling services for our residents. Recycling chute or drop off in blue bins near B2 Loading Dock. Please break down all cardboard boxes and leave on the Loading Dock.

The resident liability program is not renters insurance and does not cover personal property contents or liability coverage to third parties (other residents). Residents have the option to opt-out of the program by supplying their valid third-party renter's insurance policy to MillCreek.ConfirmInsurance.com. At Blossom Plaza there are one-time fees that include a holding deposit of $600 that will be applied to the security deposit, a $500 pet deposit per pet, and an application fee of $62.02 per person. There are also monthly fees that include $2 pest control fee, $60 pet rent per pet, $10 package locker fee, $100 - $175 unreserved parking fee, and a $31 trash fee.

To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).
We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex.
With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.

Rent is due on the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the third day of each month. Late fees will start on the fourth day of each month.
